By using BookedLocal ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BookedLocal builds free demo websites for local service businesses. Businesses may purchase a live, fully hosted website for a one-time fee of $297 CAD, or subscribe to a monthly Growth Plan. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
The free demo page is provided as-is for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to remove demo pages at any time. No payment is required to view a demo.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your payment method. Receipts are sent automatically via email.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We offer a 7-day refund on one-time purchases if we have not yet built your live page.
You grant BookedLocal a non-exclusive licence to use your business name, logo, reviews, and publicly available information to build and display your demo and live pages.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another business, or to submit false information.
BookedLocal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
The BookedLocal platform, design, and software are owned by BookedLocal. Your business content remains yours.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
